STATIC CARAVANS

Our static park gives you the opportunity to own your very own holiday home in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.

Open for 10 ½ months per year, the park offers a relaxing, quiet and safe environment for families and couples alike. Holiday homes are well spaced and thoughtfully sited to make the most of the beautiful flora and mature woodland that the park has to offer.

Site fees for 2026 are from £4,150.00 and include winter storage, local authority charges, waste disposal, water rates and VAT. Other costs to consider are metered electricity, bottled gas and caravan insurance.
